Stephen was born and raised in Central Texas. After graduating from high school, he served a seven-year tour in the United States Marine Corps in various infantry posts, foreign and domestic, with Light Armored Reconnaissance Units. Stephen earned several personal awards during his well-decorated enlistment, including the Marine Corps Commendation Medal. His service included positions as weapons Master Gunner, Close Combat (Hand-to-Hand Combat) Instructor, Platoon Sergeant, Vehicle Commander, Tactical Operations and Planning NCO, and lead instructor at the School of Infantry in their Light Armored Reconnaissance Company.

After leaving the U.S. Marine Corps, Stephen took a position with IBM as a trainer. He quickly moved into network administration and two years later joined Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, LLP, the 10^th largest law firm in the U.S., as an Information Technology Manager. Stephen managed IT operations for three of Akin’s domestic offices. After a successful and rewarding seven years with Akin, Stephen accepted a position with Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP, the 8th largest law firm in the U.S. as their Regional Director, overseeing IT operations for several of their domestic offices. Along the way Stephen received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.

Collette was born and raised in Philadelphia where she graduated high school. She received her business degree in Philadelphia and immediately went to work for a successful law firm. After a few years she transferred to Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP where she and Stephen met. Collette’s tenure at Morgan Lewis was focused on Information Technology.  She worked directly for Morgan Lewis’ Chief Information Officer and two Deputy Chief Information Officers. In 2005 Collette moved to the Los Angeles area where she and Stephen have lived happily ever after.

In 2006 a friend and mentor, who spent more than ten years convincing Stephen to become a Realtor®, finally succeeded in convincing the happy couple that the real estate industry needed Stephen’s Southern charm, Collette’s brain power, and their combined intense devotion to solid and dependable client service. They have been Realtors® ever since and hope to bring their five beautiful daughters into the family business after they graduate from college.

Stephen and Collette have created an outstanding team of professionals to help serve all of your real estate needs.  Their team includes several knowledgeable agents and the best staff members in the business. Among them are a Transaction Coordinator and an Agent Services Coordinator.
