Initial Services:

All-inclusive fee – for tenant acquisition and monthly property management services (as described below).

1. Advertising, including signage, MLS entry and custom marketing plan(s)
2. Show Property to Prospective Tenants
3. Manage Tenant Background Checks
4. Manage Tenant Credit Checks
5. Manage All Agreements and Paperwork
6. Deliver 1st Month’s Rent + Security Deposit


On-Going Services:

1. Collect and deliver monthly rent/lease payments
2. Each month, Team Green will provide a statement reflecting that month’s expenses so that the owner can provide Team Green reimbursement for those expenses
3. Manage all Tenant calls using this standard procedure:
• Tenants contact Team Green and/or their emergency contact number
• Team Green assesses the required service/repair & obtains estimate(s)
• Team Green notifies owner of the required service/repair and estimate (prior to service/repair taking place, whenever possible)
• Team Green supervises the service/repair & provides payment to the service/repair provider
