Initial Services:

¨    All-inclusive fee - for tenant acquisition and monthly property management services (as described below) - is generally 8% of the monthly lease amount.

 ¨    Advertising, including signage

¨    Show Property to Prospective Tenants

¨    Handle Tenant Background Checks

¨    Handle Tenant Credit Checks

¨    Manage All Agreements and Paperwork

¨    Deliver 1st Month's Rent + Security Deposit

On-Going Services:

    Handle all Tenant calls, with the standard procedure being:

¨    Tenants contact Team Green Realty and/or their emergency contact number

¨    Team Green Realty assesses the required service/repair & obtains estimate(s)

¨    Team Green Realty notifies owner of the required service/repair and estimate (prior to service/repair taking place, whenever possible)

¨    Team Green Realty supervises the service/repair & provides payment to the service/repair provider

¨    Each month, Team Green Realty will provide a statement reflecting that month's expenses over and above the monthly fee of 8% of the lease amount so that the owner can provide Team Green Realty reimbursement for those expenses.
